Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Mukashi Vault. We currently ship within New Zealad only.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders over $120 NZD.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

Delays Mukashi Vault is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at shop@mukashivault.co.nz and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
